Paul has worked in the airports sector for over 25 years, both on the airport operator side and as a consultant. He previously worked for BAA as head of forecasting and market analysis and joined Steer in 2012.

At Steer, Paul leads our aviation team and has a particular focus on airport transaction advisory along with providing support to airports on strategic issues in fields including air traffic forecasting, economic regulation and assessment of commercial revenue opportunities. He has led all our major airport transaction advisory projects since joining the company, supporting investors and lenders at a wide range of airports in Europe, Asia, North & South America and Africa.
