Julia has eight years’ experience in the transportation sector, specializing in Transportation Demand Management.

Julia joined Steer from the South Coast Air Quality Management District where she worked after completing her graduate degree in Transportation Planning from the University of Southern California. Prior to that she worked as TDM Program Manager for a transportation management association in Boston, supporting employers by providing and encouraging non-drive alone commute options for their employees.

At Steer, Julia leads the North American TDM Strategy market, helping both public and private-sector clients realize measurable VMT and trip reduction through behavior change policy and planning.
