Dr Victoria Johnson is a multi-disciplinary researcher with over 16 years of experience working across a diverse range of fields, from economic policy and atmospheric physics to sociology of consumption and innovation studies.

In particular, she has specific subject matter expertise and has published work on climate change science and policy; ESG reporting and carbon accounting; energy technology, economics and policy; community-based and local renewable energy; diffusion of innovation and rapid societal and technological change; housing policy (including low energy housing); modern methods of construction; and social impact appraisal.

At Steer, Victoria works within our planning team and is developing our service offer for decarbonisation strategy and policy for UK international public and private sector clients. She also supports the development of Steer’s social value policy and strategy and net zero carbon delivery plan.
