Lucia specialises in demand forecasting for transport infrastructure projects. She has worked on a wide range of projects involving roads, rail and car parks for public and private clients.
Lucia joined Steer in 1996, after finishing a MSc in Transport at Imperial College London. Before joining Steer, she worked in Venezuela as a town and transport planner. With her background in town planning and experience in transport modelling, Lucia brings a cross-disciplinary focus to demand forecasting for infrastructure projects.
In 2010 she joined Cintra Concesiones in Spain, where she worked two years as Traffic Manager for Europe and Latin America. She re-joined Steer in 2012.
At Steer, Lucia usually acts as project director working with the team in London and cross-office on a wide range of large and complex commissions and transactions including road and rail concessions, car park demand forecasting, traffic and revenue due diligence.
