Andrew has over 30 years’ consultancy experience in the passenger transport sector, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, commercial strategy, regulatory policy and investment analysis for both public and private sector clients.

Andrew has specialist experience in developing funding and financing strategies for passenger transport infrastructure and operations. He has undertaken commercial due diligence to support the sale or acquisition of bus, rail and ferry operating companies, parking providers, rolling stock lessors and manufacturers, and infrastructure projects. He also advises on regulatory policy for bus and rail operations and assesses market opportunities for new transport technologies.

Andrew leads our mergers and acquisitions projects and provides specialist input on commercial, technical and financial issues to Steer’s network of international offices, adding value to our consultancy offer through his work in more than 25 countries.
